Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscription Service

Automatic Renewal and Subscription Policy

Clause 1: Automatic Renewal

1-Upon subscribing to any of the projects or services offered by Together for Intermediation Services LLC (Together for Development), the monthly subscription fee shall be automatically deducted from the subscriber’s designated bank account or registered payment card (as per the payment method specified by the subscriber) on the same day each month when the payment becomes due.

2-The subscription shall automatically renew on a monthly basis unless the subscriber cancels the subscription at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment due date.

Clause 2: Subscription Cancellation

1-The subscriber may cancel their subscription, as outlined above, through their personal account page on the Company’s website.

2-The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no additional charges will be applied following the cancellation date.

3-The subscriber is not entitled to a refund for any amounts paid for periods prior to cancellation.

Clause 3: Subscription Value and Project Continuity

1-The monthly subscription fee constitutes a continuous financial obligation for the operation of the selected project.

2-The subscriber may modify the monthly subscription fee or alter the payment method at any time through their personal account on the Company’s website.

3-In the event of a modification to the subscription fee, the revised amount will take effect starting from the subsequent billing cycle.

Clause 4: Payment Notifications

After each successful transaction, the subscriber will receive an agreement and payment receipt electronically, which will include the details of the amount paid and the terms of the subscription. These notifications will be sent via email or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided to the Company.

Clause 5: Payment Issues

1-If the system is unable to complete the payment transaction due to any reason (e.g., insufficient funds or expired card), the payment will be retried within three days of the unsuccessful attempt.

2-If the payment remains incomplete, the subscription will be automatically suspended until the subscriber updates their payment details.

Clause 6: Privacy and Security

1-All payment data and personal information provided by the subscriber will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of such information.

Clause 7: Amendments to Terms and Conditions

1-The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.

2-Subscribers will be notified of any material changes via email, and continued subscription following such notification will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
